Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) and the Mountaineering Federation of the Philippines, Inc. (MFPI) thru it members the Tarlac Mountaineering Club (TMC) and University of the Philippines Outdoor Recreation Group (UPORG) teamed up to provide relief packages to almost 900 families in Barangays Umiray & Lumutan.
This humanitarian mission was was set forth because of the effects of Super Typhoon Karding which made landfall in the area last Sept. 25, 2022.
